If applying for a welding/fabrication position, please evaluate your skills below (All positions require a weld/fabrication test prior to employment.)

The following ranking system should be applied as objectively as possible within each area:

A. Highly skilled in this area with 5 or more years experience.
B. Above average with 2 to 5 years experience.
C. Good skills with less than 2 years experience.
D. Little experience in this area.
E. No experience in this area.
